Introducing AI Load Import: Turn Emails into Dispatched Loads

What It Does

AI Load Import reads rate confirmations, broker emails, and load tenders—PDFs, plain emails, even scanned documents—and automatically extracts everything needed to create a dispatch-ready load:

• Pickup and delivery locations with appointment times
• Rate, accessorials, and total line haul
• Broker and reference numbers
• Commodity, weight, and equipment requirements
• Special instructions and notes

Instead of typing, you review. The extracted load appears as a pre-filled draft. Confirm the details, assign a driver, and dispatch—in seconds instead of minutes.

How It Works

Forward a rate confirmation to your dedicated CargIQ import address, or drag the file straight into the dispatch board. Our AI parses the document, maps the fields to your load template, and flags anything it isn't confident about so a human always has the final say.

The system learns the formats of the brokers you work with most, so accuracy improves the more you use it.

Why It Matters
