Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CargIQ. We've written them in plain language and kept them as short as we reasonably can. If anything is unclear, email us at support@cargiq.com and we'll explain.
1. The service
CargIQ is a trucking operations platform for managing dispatch, drivers, equipment, documents, and accounting. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent.
CargIQ is free for fleets of up to 10 trucks. Larger fleets are served on custom plans — contact sales@cargiq.com for details.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@cargiq.com right away.
3. Your data
The data you enter into CargIQ — drivers, loads, equipment, documents, accounting records — belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that data in order to provide the service. We do not sell your data.
You can request an export of your data, or deletion of your account and its data, at any time by emailing support@cargiq.com.
4. Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and reasonably. You agree not to:
- use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights;
- attempt to access another company's data or circumvent access controls;
- interfere with or disrupt the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission;
- resell or sublicense the service without our agreement.
5. Third-party integrations and AI features
CargIQ offers optional integrations (such as Samsara telematics) and AI-assisted features (such as extracting load details from rate confirmations). Third-party services are governed by their own terms, and integrations you connect are under your control.
AI-extracted data can contain errors. Review and verify extracted load details before relying on them for dispatch, billing, or compliance purposes.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CargIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the service. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via support@cargiq.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after reasonable notice where practical. Upon termination you may request an export of your data.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
